LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT TOOLKITS

Courses can run from a 1 day introduction toolkit to a 6 day event over a 6 month period, supported by a dedicated work coach. Delegates will get a series of practical tools and techniques for the workplace, from emotional intelligence, managing change, how to influence others, basic coaching techniques, awareness of self to how to construct and conduct feedback conversations.

NLP INTRODUCTION

During the 2 day workshop, we present some of the history of NLP and background and other information about the amazing, original discoveries that started the whole NLP revolution. We will also demonstrate some NLP change and communication basics and show you how impactful they can be both personally and professionally. If you want to change how you do things or influence others to change, this is the course for you.

The course will help you to identify your natural communication style and its impact. You will also learn how to tailor your approach to get better outcomes. HAVING DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS WITH CONFIDENCE

As employees are asked to communicate with a greater variety of people, they need their own conflict management skills. Most of us are less skilled at handling conflict than we should be. The challenge is to recognise potential conflict and learn to use effective skills to manage it to reach a satisfactory outcome for you, the other person(s) and your organisation. During this workshop you will look at the best practice skills for dealing with these challenging and emotional situations.

MANAGING CHANGE

Organisations are looking for individuals who are able to identify the effects of change within their business environment so there is less of an impact on the business and its individuals. This course deals with individual change, team changes and those that the wider organisation is often required to undertake. During this workshop you will look at the best practice skills for dealing with change in a constructive and inclusive manner.

ASSERTIVENESS AND SELF BELIEF

Assertiveness is an attitude of mind and a way of relating to others. It is a positive, optimistic set of beliefs grounded in self-esteem, the value of respectful and boundaried communication with others and the ability to protect oneself from the potential impact of others’ style. Delegates will learn ways to increase their ability to be assertive in responding to challenges at work and home, develop a set of techniques for practical application and gain confidence when dealing with uncomfortable situations.
