LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT TOOLKITS
Courses can run from a 1 day introduction toolkit to a 6 day event over a 6 month period, supported by a dedicated work coach. Delegates will get a series of practical tools and techniques for the workplace, from emotional intelligence, managing change, how to influence others, basic coaching techniques, awareness of self to how to construct and conduct feedback conversations.

HAVING DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS WITH CONFIDENCE
As employees are asked to communicate with a greater variety of people, they need their own conflict management skills. Most of us are less skilled at handling conflict than we should be. The challenge is to recognise potential conflict and learn to use effective skills to manage it to reach a satisfactory outcome for you, the other person(s) and your organisation. ASSERTIVENESS AND SELF BELIEF
Assertiveness is an attitude of mind and a way of relating to others. It is a positive, optimistic set of beliefs grounded in self-esteem, the value of respectful and boundaried communication with others and the ability to protect oneself from the potential impact of others’ style. Delegates will learn ways to increase their ability to be assertive in responding to challenges at work and home, develop a set of techniques for practical application and gain confidence when dealing with uncomfortable situations.
